The Anacapa is built for years of dependable use as your go-to boat grill. It includes a sealed thermometer and a dependable electronic ignition system, powered by a single “AAA” battery (included). Its locking control valve/regulator makes boat propane grill fuel exchanges simple with 1lb. disposable canisters while safely securing it to the grill, or easily adapts to existing on-board low-pressure propane (LPG) or natural gas (CNG) systems.
