- Not all postal codes are covered by Free Freight. This offer is applicable for deliveries to major urban areas. Other areas subject to additional fees and delivery time. USA or International shipments are not included. Local shipping does not qualify.
- FREE SHIPPING applies to select items only and Only Online Orders Over $99.
- If an order ships in multiple shipments, the shipping fee will apply to each shipment unless each shipment meets the $99 minimum.
- Free Freight applies to ground shipments sent by Canada Post only. Shipments sent air, expedited, or by a courier other than above will be sent as collect or Prepaid/Charge. The selection of courier is at Steveston Marine's discretion.
- If your order qualifies for FREE Shipping but your order also contains other ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
- Free Freight only applies to orders $99 (made through our website) and above before taxes.
- Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference will affect your order's eligibility for Free Shipping.
- With this shipping option, we fulfill your order in the most cost-efficient way. This allows us to pass our savings on to you in the form of free shipping.

- Local delivery does not qualify for free shipping. Charges may occur or pickup at one of our 3 locations is available.

Local truck delivery will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 10 to 4. One attempt will be made for delivery and someone must be present at the address. All Local Truck delivery payments will be through PayPal.
After delivery attempt, product will be available for pickup at the nearest Steveston Marine to the address.
You may return your purchase to us (with a return authorization number) within 14 days of receiving your order and we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product (not including shipping charges). Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. All free shipping orders may incur a shipping charge if any items are returned.
Certain items are not returnable such as special orders and items cut to order (rope, wire etc). Special order items are not refundable (Items which we do not stock and you requested us to order in for you). Paper products such as books and charts are not returnable. Software which has been opened is not returnable. Electronics are non-returnable. Items used or in a non working condition are non returnable and will fall under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Floatation wear (inflatable or foam) are non-returnable. Safety Equipment, such as flares, fire extinguishers etc, are non-returnable.
To get instructions on returning merchandise you must first receive a return authorization number.
