The GHS 20 is a wireless remote handset that allows full control of your VHF 200, VHF 300, or 300 AIS series¹ radio from a remote location. Its simple design features a backlit LCD display, soft keys, and a rotary knob for adjusting volume, squelch, and channel selection. A dedicated 16/9 softkey automates distress calling, while the large rechargeable lithium-ion battery delivers quicker charging and extended range.
For complete wireless capability, the GWH 20 wireless hub is required (note: the radio only supports one GWH 20). Garmin also offers a bundled version of the GHS 20 with the GWH 20. The hub provides intercom functionality with the base station and supports up to three GHS 20 handsets onboard.
