The Compact Reactor 40 hydraulic autopilot is designed for boats under 30 feet and provides relief from manually holding the wheel to stay on course, especially at moderate to high speeds¹. With solid-state 9-axis AHRS technology, it ensures a smooth and comfortable ride, letting you sit back and enjoy your time on the water.
Flexible Corepack Options
Available in three different corepacks, you can configure your setup depending on your needs and budget. Choose from the starter pack (compatible chartplotter required²), add a GHC 20 marine autopilot control unit, or upgrade with both the GHC 20 and the Shadow Drive attachment.
Easy Installation and Integration
The system is easy to install with flexible mounting options and quick commissioning. With Shadow Drive technology, you can take manual control instantly by turning the wheel, then re-engage autopilot by holding a steady course. The Compact Reactor 40 integrates with compatible Garmin electronics, allowing autopilot control directly from your chartplotter display. It can also follow an Auto Guidance path³ when paired with LakeVü HD Ultra maps or BlueChart g2 Vision HD charts.
