The Newport Bulkhead Mounted Heater is a compact bulkhead mounted heater. An attractive, economical diesel burning heater, providing comfortable, dry heat.
- Compact and Efficient: The Newport Heater is a small, budget-friendly diesel heater that mounts on the bulkhead. It provides cozy, dry heat.
- Easy Installation:
- Requires 3” diameter chimney parts.
- Needs a minimum 4ft, maximum 8ft of chimney (straight run with no elbows is best).
- For chimneys 6ft or longer, we recommend a barometric damper.
- Requires a permanent fresh air vent in the unit's area.
- Design Features:
- Stylish laser-cut design in 304 stainless steel.
- Produces dry heat to remove moisture inside the vessel.
- Sailboat Installation:
- Should face fore or aft. If port or starboard facing is desired, the valve can be mounted to the side to ensure proper fuel flow even on heels up to 15 degrees.
- Draft Assist Fan:

Includes a 12v fan for start-up and draft assistance (can be converted to 24v- email us once placing an order if you want with a fan 24v).
- Fuel Options:
- Comes with a valve factory set for #2 diesel, but valves for kerosene & #1 diesel are also available.
- Hot Water Option:
- You can add a 1-turn hot water coil to heat 5-10 gallons of water.
